This is the first time that I have posted to this forum. I recently purchased an Lexus LS400. It has a few easily fixed issues but other than that is in excellent condition.

The problem - The speedometer and tachometer do not work when driving. The most that the speedometer moves is to 30 MPH when I am doing about 70 MPH. The friend that I purchased the car from said that I needed to do was removed the instrument cluster and clean out any dust build up from sitting around for 6 months.

Does anyone know where I can get the exact steps to do this so I do not break anything. Thanks for any help that anyone may be on this issue.
