Default Ls500


I bought the Lexus LS500 on May 2018. By August 2018 I noticed a problem with my transmission but when I took the car to the local Lexus dealer 3 times and could not fix it and told me it was a software problem. I contacted the Lexus head quarter in Atlanta and they sent their own engineer to Houston to fix my car. One week after that, the problem occurred again so I contacted both the local Lexus dealer and the Lexus head quarter in Atlanta about this problem. The Lexus local dealer told me that they can not fix it and they have to wait for the instruction from the head quarter. The head quarter said that I should wait 40-45 days and talk to the local Lexus dealer again. But now more than 2 months had passed and the local dealer told me they can not fix and they do not know how long I have to wait before they have a solution. That means they have a big problem but they donít know how to fix it

I trusted Lexus and thatís why I spent a lot of money to buy this car. However with the experience I had with them, I lost all the trust with Lexus. I just want everyone to hear my story and think twice before buying a Lexus, especially a Lexus LS500
