Default evap canister replacement

Hi,
I have a 2006 GS 300 that has recently been to the dealer since the check engine light has been coming on. They told me the car needs a new charcoal canister to fix the leak in the evap system. Can anyone tell me where this is located on the car and how difficult to replace?
Thanks in advance,
Dave
