Hi need help,

I have 1995 ES 300 and starter is contionusly running even if the ignation switch is off. I had to disconnect the battery to stop the starter.
I called around some mechanich thinks that Starter needs to be replaced some said Needs new relay, Please guide me what should I do.

when the internals of a starter go bad, they often dont disengage, but that is only with the key turned on...i would try the relay..it is likely much cheaper....
