Technology is good or bad?

For all of the good things technology has brought us, it has also come with a heavy price, There have been awesome inventions, unfortunately we have jacked most of those inventions up due to our greed and other things, It has definitely been a two edged sword.if it has improved our lives by making it more simpler then it has certainly caused some negative impacts on our health. What do you feel?

Regarding the issue of computers making "the world" lonely, I read of a study a few years ago that concluded that those who used computers were actually more socially in touch with others than those who didn't use them.

 

It's always good to bring a baby thats good rather than an abnormal baby to suffer into this world. This is why in most developed countries they get to test whether the baby is abnormal two months into pregnancy and the parents gets a choice to say whether they want to keep the baby or not if he has abnormal genes.

 

Technology=progress=the slow end to our human prosperity. Technology is what is destroying people, even if it isn't killing them. It is killing true nature, the core of the human heart. Since when are our souls truly happy immersed in some brain-washing tv show and teeny- pop boy band on a radio singing about the current "life-threatening" dilemmas? Rarely is found someone who actually takes time to think about these problems. What is the purpose of current technology? For entertainment and to make life easier for us, so we can be lazy, so we don't have to work, so we won't have to think. Not to even mention the physical destruction. Isn't anyone a bit worried about how much war is going on these days...and how many countries have nuclear weapons? Technology will destroy us. We will destroy ourselves.

 

According to me technology is very good.It depends on us how we are using it.But nowadays we all depend upon technology.

 

Now a days technology is a part of our life. So technology is very good.

 

The amount of intent shown in some of the forums just for the sake of a game leads me to believe all those people who do the same might soon find themselves with troubled vision or eyesight problems. While this has already been the case with so many people already suffering from the said problems no one seem to bother to identify the main reasons leading to such problem development. It cant be denied that a large section of youngsters devote their times to the PC and exposing their eyes to all these gadgets severely affect them. Precaution should be adopted for these.

 

What is the purpose of current technology? For entertainment and to make life easier for us, so we can be lazy, so we don't have to work, so we won't have to think. Not to even mention the physical destruction. Isn't anyone a bit worried about how much war is going on these days...and how many countries have nuclear weapons? Technology will destroy us.
