My computer runs Windows 7. Can't use a reset disk. I will be also can't download anything because I don't know the password. I don't have another Windows computer. The Winchester drive fails therefore couldn't use any CDs. With the Windows 7 login password is expired. I hope to be capable of log into other accounts which lack a admin privileges... how?

I was working in Gammon India Pvt Limited. One of my friend works as a Data Entry Operator. He approached me asking for help for windows 7 how to reset disk. As we do not have Computer Hardware and he was not able to work. We searched from my Pc for recovery and we tried many other ideas that didn't work.
