Default Letter to Lexus-Toyota brass

Just went thru the pandemic like everyone. Before the pandemic I was in line to purchase a ES-350.I test drove a 2020 Lexus ES-350 before the pandemic hit.Week or two ago I needed the car and I went and saw only a few cars were in stock at the dealer.I wanted the Ultra due to the laminated driver and passenger glass but only base models were available.Oh well I went and purchased the car. After a week of ownership I realized this car was very unconfortable.I have now realized that there are different seats available between the Ultra luxury and the base models.I took a 10K hit to get rid of the car and will never buy another Lexus product again. My concern is when you purchase a higher scale Toyota one should not have to worry about the Company saving money or whatever on cheaper seats.Options are fine but different degrees of quality on staples such as seats is crazy.Never again.Bought a BMW
