Default 92 SC400 Passenger window & Suspension question

My question is; I have a 92 SC400 and my passenger side window will not go down without playing with the drive side wires that goes into the driver side dr. The only way I could at one time let the window up, were only by the passenger window buttons. Now neither the driver nor passenger window button will let the window up. Is it the window motor or some other problem? I can hear a buzzing sound after I press the passenger window button. What should I do?

Lower Control arms need to be replaced, I heard that I can replace my control arms with aftermarket control arms and the Lower control arms will not have to be replaced again? The suppose answer has something to do with replacing the OEM bushings with different control arm bushings? I am tired of purchasing new tires every 6 months and also with the OEM bushing replacement I will be replacing the bushing again within a couple years. Does anyone have a solution to my problem or can point me in the direction of a good shop or mech. I live in Allenhurst GA. 31301

Thanks for any advice you may render. Doingit68
