Update Map Database in Lexus RX 330 Navigation System for Middle East

Hi I bought a Lexus RX 330 in Saudi Arabia and I want to update the Navigation System for Middle East. The Local dealer says it is not possible. Can anyone enlighten me ? The manual says it IS Possible.

Who should I contact ?
