RX 330/400h pulling off problems

RX 330/400h pulling off problems
So my 2008 RX 400h started rumbling and skipping when I’m pulling off or accelerating, as if it will stall out but if I go really slow it eventually drives normalgetting up to 50 +mph.
Any ideas ?no check engine light.
UPDATE. Just found out from the technician, the cvt transmission on my 08 RX400h is going bad, not repairable, must be replaced. At 168000 miles. I am embarrassed, I thought toyota/Lexus didn’t have transmission problems, now I stand corrected, no automatic car transmission is exempt from problems.
cost to replace as quoted. $3750.
