06 rx330

Engine lite came on few weeks back along with vsc lite. Went off some days later but is back on and staying on. I tried disconnecting the battery and connecting after 10-15 mins, putting premium gas, no result. 141k miles, car runs perfect. Original timing belt, could this be the issue? Any ideas, thank you
