I have an LS430 with 37,700 miles in great condition, at the last service,the remarks were the pads were 1mm to sensor. The repairs for this would be over $900 for both front & rear. Is this typical and part of the routine brake maintenance for LS430 with these types of miles. Can replacing pads be this costy and do all LS430 owners having to do the same at roughly 40,000 miles. Is this normal orshould any of this be covered under warranty?

The car drives and brakes beaultifully, no vibration or issue at braking. Please advise, and thanks for your help.
