Aborted theft but now door lock trouble
We noticed some tampering on the drivers side door handle, lock. 1991 LS 400
Now, when we try to open the car on the drivers side, the alarm gets triggered.
We have to open the car on the passengers side.
Second problem is that when you get out of the car and want to lock it, if the driver presses the button to lock all doors all but the passenger front door will lock. The passenger (if there is one) has to press their own door lock to secure the car.
So, how do I fix the alarm trigger problem and is the second problem directly related to the first or is it a separate issue?
