With seat all the way down it is difficult to get in because steering wheel is in the down position and will not come up. Is there a method to movestering wheelback up without taking steeringcolumn completely apart? It is difficult to steer vehicle, legs get in the way. Lexus dealer wants 1000 to 1400 to replace. I find this to be excessive.
