I have a 1998 gs400 that I bought preowned. It did not come with the master key just the valet key. Now I bought this car for my wife and it runs and drives good. But everynow and then the gear shift gets stuck in park and the telescoping steering wheel won't work. This is a repeating problem but like I said it only does it every now and then. Please help!!! which is a better all around car?

The charcoal canister needs replacing on my 1999 GS 400 which as 265000 miles. Would 44K help in any way?
