Default car wont start

Hey all, went to start up my 97 ES 300 and the alarm went off. So I locked and unlocked with the key, hopped in and tried to start it. It didnt even attampt to crank. I think the anit-theft kicked in and disabled power to the starter. Is there anyway to reset the antitheft system?

To let you know, I have search the enitre 97 ES service manual, as well as check all the fuses, tried locking and unlocking manually with the key, as well as tapping the starter with a hammer. Nothing happens. O, and I have a fully charged battery . I havent disconected the battery because the other anti-theft systems will kickin.

So, again, does anyone know how to resest the damn thing, have a solution, or ideas of what it could be?

To start with, my son drove the car to my shop door. I went out the next day to move it into the shop - no start, no clicks, just dash lights.

I have read hundreds of posts. Disconnect the battery for an hour and reconnected. Nope. Replaced the starter relay - nope. turn the key in the drivers door to lock/unlock 4-10 times to reset it - nope. With the key in the door, turn it to unlock for 30 seconds. All the windows go down and the sunroof opens - but no start. I can rebuild a motor and replace almost anything on a car, so I'm no stranger to tools and trying to diagnose things. Unfortunately, I'm color-blind and working wiring/electrical stuff is very hard for me. I have a 2001 Lexus GS 300. Any help would be appreciated.
