Hello everyone! I'm band new to the forum and have a question I hope someone can help me with. I just purchased a 2003 ES300 that has 82,000 miles. It has always been serviced, including oil changes, at the Lexus dealer. I change my own oil so I want to make sure I get the right type. The owners manual says I need to use 5W-30 Toyota oil or equivalent. I have no idea what an equivalent would be or if a high mileage oil would be good since it has over 75,000 miles. Should I use conventional oil, synthetic blend/high mileage, or full synthetic? Any suggestions on brand?
