Exclamation 2003 es300

I'm new to this post. So here's my issue:
I have a 2003 es300 with 152,000 miles. Recently there is a whoop whoop( sorry about that just don't know what to call it) coming in around 25 mph to 35 mph. If you accelerate fast the sound doesn't come into play. Slow acceleration, the sound comes in at the mph stated. If in between that range you let off and coast the sounds goes away. If you are above 35mph and decelerate to mph stated, no sound is heard. So whenever I apply a load, the sound is there.
I've replaced both wheel hubs and bearings, left cv axle, and both front struts. Recently purchased the right cv axle.
Hope someone has an idea or has run into this before? The car is in good shape and would like to keep for another 100k.
