I need to remove and replace the trunk on my IS 300. I cannot see how the cable is released from the latch inside the trunk. I have disconnected the cable from the retainer but the ball that inserts inside the latch is to big to be removed from the latch. What is the procedure to disconnect the cable so the trunk lid can be removed
