I just got a 2004 Lexus ES 330, my first Lexus ever, in September. It is, by far, the nicest car I have ever owned. The only "problem" is that it is too quiet -- and now I'm noticing even the slightest noise! This was never a problem in my previous, total POS car. It was a VW, but if you picture the truck driven by the Clampets on The Beverly Hillbillies, you'll get the idea.

Anyway, there are two noisesthat I'd like to get rid of, but I thought I would pick the collective brain before I waded in with WD-40 or whatever:

1. The steering wheel makes a creaking noise, sort of like an old door opening or closing, when I make big turns. Only noticeable at low speeds.

2. The driver side window squeals when it goes up or down.

Any ideas on easy fixes?
