Default Programming new keys

I have a pair (one with buttons and one without) keys. How can I program them to work. I have one pair of operating keys and the wallet key. My vehicle is a 2001 RX 300. Can someone PLEASE help me. I'm about 75 miles from a dealer.
Thanks,
Denny

You HAVE to take it to the dealer. No if's and's or but's. There's atransponder code and an immobilizer code both registered to different ECU's. If the key didn't come from the original car, it won't work. If you don't have a master key, you have to replace the ECU. I know it sucks but there's really no way around it. Lexus designed it that way so someone couldn't get a key from somewhere and program it to any car and have it work..
