'90 LS400 bought recently with 250k on clock suddenly loses power in traffic when fully warmed up, (not overheating) idle surges, and has virtually no gas pedal response. If I can get it up to 2500 rpm it seemingly clears out. This is apparently not an unknown problem, but what is the fix ??
