I loaded my cd magazine, hit the DISC button on the NAV console and the message "The external system is not connected" and my cd magazine will not eject. I checked the plug connection in the back of the cd changer and it is plugged in good. Is the CD changer bad? Anyone seen this message before

 

sounds like your cd changer malfunctioned...... i would take it to service and have them look at it...
