I have the Verizon Treo 700W, and after a few tries and getting the information from Lexus.com, I was able to successfully interface my phone with my IS250.

if a new patch doesnt work. try this. once you have the car in paring mode and the phone in pairing mode, and after you have added it as a trusted device. it will say click done and take you back too the bluetooth screen. simply push the green phone key and dial a number to place a call while the vehicle is still and pairing mode and it will say bluetooth connection successful. keep trying it and try to pull out the battery if it doesnt work. i work at lexus as a bluetooth consultant and have done this with over 50 treos
