Anyone replaced drive belt tensioner on 08 AWD IS250?

Default Anyone replaced drive belt tensioner on 08 AWD IS250?
Ordered tensioner as pulley was starting to squeal. Don't have the new tensioner to examine. Anyone done one and have advice before I tie up the car for a day?
