HOW about the digiprog 3 for the lexus gs 2010
 

I have my Audi A3 almost 5years.Recntly I want to change my car and buy a
Used Vehicle.The Used Vehicle LEXUS GS 2010 have been used 2years,but the interface display less than 20,000 kilometres.My good friend which works in a garage telled me that mileage couldbe change.Just need one tool called Digiprog3 Odometer Correction Tool.Did anybody use it?How about that.
I will very appreciate to anyone with any suggestion.
