Rattling Noise from Top of Engine
 

Hello. I own a 2018 Lexus NX300 with 100,000 miles and recently had it serviced at Lexus. Had to replace the Rear Main Seal and R&R RF axel assembly. I received the car yesterday and noticed a slight rattling sound coming from the top of the engine when idling that I don’t recall before the service. It appears to be coming from somewhere to the left of the fuel pump. I have attached a video. Does anyone know what this could be?
