Default How to remove laptop Windows 7 password

How to recover Windows 7 password for my computer? Hello everyone! I have acquired a laptop from a friend of mine that was her husband's (she got from a divorce). She never used the laptop so she doesn't have a user set up for her. He was the only one and his is password protected. I would like to use the laptop. I logged in as a guest (Windows 7) and looked around. It won't let me do a changes etc. since I am only the guest. Can anyone tell me what I can do to set another password or unlock Windows 7 password so I can be the admin on the laptop? Any help will be most appreciated. Thanks!

I have received help numerous times through the years on this very message board. Never have I been referred to as a thief! I could care less what info her ex had on this computer. I don't even know him. I bought the computer from her and merely wanted to be able to make changes to suit me and no one else. I assure you if SHE wanted incriminating evidence she wouldn't have sold it to me she would have taken it to any one of numerous friends that could have done just that for her. And I'm sure if there was incriminating evidence he would not have freely given it to her. Thanks for trying to make me feel like a criminal...I on the other hand know there was no criminal intent whatsoever. I will look elsewhere for my help.

So urgent to get solutions! Well, great that I got suggestions as below:

1. Login as administrator on pc to
remove Windows 7 password. Then go steps as "Start" - "Control Panel" - "User Accounts and Family Safety" - "User Accounts" - "Change Your Windows Password" - "Make Changes to Your User Account" - "Remove Your Password".

2. If now locked out of pc; we can refer to professional software - Windows Password Recovery Tool. Specific steps are as the below:
Step 1: Google search Windows Password Recovery Tool, get results from windowspasswordsrecovery.com suggestion for you to
hack Windows 7 password;
Step 2: Download needed Windows Password Recovery Tool Professional and set it up on an accessible pc;
Step 3: Burn a Windows 7 password reset disk by using a blank USB Flash drive.
Step 4: Insert the burned reset disk into password lost computer, and set the computer to boot from USB drive to
reset Windows 7 password.

Also, I got suggestions:
3. Create another admin account, then it will let you. It's for security reasons; it's actually really good to have a password on an account which controls our whole computer...

4. If you
forgot user password Windows 7 and have the old password it should allow you to do Windows 7 password recovery ...if not try this...start the machine and repeatedly tap the F8 key until the option screen appears and choose safe mode with networking then open your browser and go to SAFETY LIVE that is Microsoft's online virus scanner there are others...after that go to Malware Bytes and download their free scanner and run the scan...Aviary and Kaspersky offer free rescue disk just use a clean machine to download and burn the disk set your bios to boot from the CD/DVD player and run the rescue disk before the machine can boot up...to return to safe mode restart your machine.

Actually, the strategy 2 could help me or all Windows 7 people who use computers thatforgot Windows 7 login password. The Windows Password Recovery Tool is basically helpful and instantly to recover Windows 7 password!
