Car Towed from a LEGAL spot. Help!
 

I live on W. Laurel St and usually have a spot right out front of my house, but due to construction and the dump trucks being left overnight for trash storage I found myself circling the neighborhood looking for a spot on Friday night around 9pm. I found a spot right on 2nd between Laurel and Wildey 970 N. 2nd to be exact. Photo of address and spot below.
