I had my 93 ls400 lexus 4 about 5 months now i went 2 change my window fuse cause they werent working did that windows work fine started my car up fine then turn it off for like a hour now it wont start back up at all all lights work everyone had battery tested guy said it was good might b starter i hear one click under my hood everytime i turn the key but idk their was no warnings at all that i had bad starter like my car started up fine since i got it just need help and suggestion please
