new body style
Hello everyone,
I am a new member today. We have owned a lot of cars during theforty + years we have been driving.Prior to our RX330 there was a 1998 Volvo S60--terrific car. We considered anotherVolvo but the interiors seem too "cold" feeling for our taste. My daily driver is a 2007 Corvette coupe. It is my sixth in 15 years. There is no back up vehicle. It is not a garage queen. We live in metro KC and get some snow every winter. On the five--ten days per year when it is risky and difficult to drive a Corvette I use our RX330 to drive my wife to work and get to my work a little late. I registered as ralphj on the Corvette forum last year for the first time. I am not an active participant on the Corvette forum. Many of the more active members are too fanatical for me.
We have owned our 2004 RX330 since December 2004. I bought the car when it had about 6,000 miles and was six months old. We have been very pleased with everything about the 330 for the almost 3.5 years we have owned the car. The warranty expired in June and it now has about 45,000 miles.I don't like to own cars after the warranty expires. I do not want to buy a 2008 RX350 because it is almost identical to my 330. We test drove a GS350, but my wife (primary driver) had two complaints:
1. The dash board was too high and the windows too short. 2. After driving the 330 for so many years she likes sitting up high and the open feeling about the interior.
I guess another SUV is the answer. We very much like the "Lexus" treatment at the dealers and the trouble free ownership.
Does anyone have anyinformation/pictures/eta of the next generation RX?
