Navigation DVD's

I have recently purchased a 2003 LS 430 with navigation data from the 03 factory dataset. Is the newest release (06) significantly updated so that a new purchase would be worthwhile or not?

I would call lexus directly and ask the service department, and I would also see if you can find it for sale on ebay
