Hope someone can help me out here. My Lexus sc430 has some holes in the front bumper but no way to get to them from behind to put a holding nut from under or above to attach the bumper. The dealer drilled two extra holes so it looks like a woodpecker has been at it. how can we attach plates on the front? Ideas. Regally need some advise. I would like to bonds and paint the 4 holes but has anyone else had this problem.
