First luxury car
Seems there is a forum for everything these days; that's a good thing. I look at my new 2008 ES350 as an enhanced retirement benifit. Royal ruby red. How do I post a picture to the gallery? I didn't see an upload link. Anyway, it is pretty close to what we used to call candy apple red, maybe a little darker. I guess I need to take a class in Lexispeak. "Lexi" is what we named the nav system. Cantankerous raskel. I like her voice, tho. Took our two friends for a ride, she couldn't get the back seat belt buckled. We discovered the left side rear belt won't plug into the center belts holder - it's even labled "center". Humm, ok, not defective after all. Got any tips for keeping the cat off the car? Maybe a large padded furniture blanket will help. Gotta talk the wife into some chrome rims. The car cost more than our first house, so the rims will have to go on the wish list for now.
