Default LEXUS SC400 HALO PROJECTOR HEAD LIGHTS

To the Members of the Lexus Forum,

My car was recently in an accident and now I have to buy 2 new headlights.

I want get some feedback from the members that know about the LEXUS SC400HALO PROJECTOR HEAD LIGHTS they are selling on Ebay and all around the web.

My questions:

1. Do the lights really fit perfectly like an OEM light? Or do they have a tendency to leak?

2. Are these lights easy to install and do they connect directly to the OEM Lexus light plugs with no re-wiring.

3. Are these type of lights street legal in California?

You can see what I am talking about here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-Truck-Parts-Accessories__CCFL-HALO-92-99-LEXUS-SC300-SC400-PROJECTOR-HEADLIGHTS_W0QQitemZ260348125664QQadiZ2865QQadnZCa rQ20Q26Q20TruckQ20PartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQcmdZV iewItemQQptZMotors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?has h=item260348125664&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_ trkparms=72%3A543|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318

Thanks from new member

I would like to know the answer to this also. I have 1994 SC300 and I've been admiring those headlights!
