How To replace the Side View Mirrors on a 2000 SC300
 

Hello there!

Happy Friday everybody! :) To celebrate this joyous day of the week I have a write-up on replacing the side view mirrors on a 2000 SC300 to share with you fine folks. So let's get started!

*You may wish to familiarize yourself with the side view mirror components before undertaking this job. Consult this SC300 side view mirror diagram for reference.

1) Disconnect outside rear view mirror

2) Pass the shop rag between the mirror and mirror body to wrap up the mirror in the shop rag.

3) Pull up the lower side of the shop rag to disconnect the mirror joint.

4) Pull up the mirror and disconnect it.

5) Connect outside rear view mirror

6) Connect the claw (A) and set the mirror to the mirror body.

7) Push the mirror to connect the claw (B) and connect it.
