94 SC300 Door Won't Open From Outside
 

Hi, I have a 94 SC300 and the passenger door wil not open from the outside The inside opens just fine.
Whatever happened to the cable or lever is getting in the way of the window rolling down. If I roll the window down it starts crunching and grinding on something in the way, Im guessing that is the broken door lever.
Does anyone know if i dismantel the inside of the door to get to the out side handle and it's controls, or is this done a different way???

yes. you must pull the door panel.
same thing happend to me.
when i rolled the window down it also ent the rod .
it made the handle hard and the rod kept poping off.

so check to see if it bent the rod .
if so just bent it back strait.
and try thr handle a bunch of times before you put the door panel back on.

Thank You for the good advice!!!!! That is smart to try it over and over, before putting it all back together again, just to have it brake again!!!!!!
