Default 92' sc300

I have a 92' SC300 which has been sitting for about a year now. Of course the battery was dead, so I purchased a new one. After the new battery installed I still have no power to anything except the horn and ignition chime. Can anybody help me with this. I checked all the fuses I could think of and they all appear to be fine. Thanks

The engine must be turned over by the starter motor with enough speed to catch. For this to happen, the battery must have enough charge, the starter motor and the starter circuit should be OK.????
