Old central console change to new one
 

Hello everyone around! I'm new to this site, so don't judge too harsh.
I've spotted really nice deal on RX 400h (2005/2006 model year), but what a shame - it has old style central console with monohrome display instead of big touchscreen!
I've seen plenty of aftermarket stereo replacement options for this car, but does anyone know - is it possible to change screens? All in all the dimensions seems similar.
