No power to installed flat 4 trailer wiring connector

I've installed a Curt 4 pin wiring connector to my 2015 RX 350 to the factory installed plug in on the vehicle. I am not receiving any power power through the wires for any brake, running or blinker lights. I've checked the fuses and they are good.

Any thoughts on this issue?
