Maintenance warning and red exclamation point
 

I just Bought a 2008 RX 400h I love it! Today i got a message in info center next to speedometer a message saying something like Maintenance is needed and a red exclamation Triangle no other lights or texts! How do I dig into this to find the cars needs?
