How much should I be expecting to spend on these repairs?

My car was working smoothly and I was shocked when my mechanic came back with all of these problems, when I left it for routine maintenance service.

How much should I be expecting to spend on these? Also how can I know these indeed need repair/replacement?

Wipers
Rear brake pads
highly suggest fitting brake discs also
Left rear shock
Drivebelt replacement
Suggest right rear shock also, good idea to do shocks in pairs
Wheel alignment
Air filter
A/c cleaner
Rear wiper
