Driver door 2000 rx 300
 

My driver door will not lock or un-lock with the remote key !

All the other doors will ... Please help ..

I've seen this problem plague more than a few of my customer's RX300s. Have you tried to lock and unlock with the little "rocker locker" above the left inside door handle? If that works, it's likely the actual tumblers in the lock cylinder that are bad (refer to this RX300 door handle diagram for an illustration of all of your RX300's door handle components). I would guess that a bad lock actuator is the primary culprit behind your issue though.

I would suggest looking into replacing the driver side lock actuator, as this is a common problem with early RXs :)
