Door Panel Removal?
 

My Power Windows does not move up or down, I believe there is something wrong with the wriring or the motor inside the door. I am having trouble removing the door panel, does anyone have a Door Panel Diagram to remove it? Thanks!

On the first gen RX's you need to remove a screw hidden behind the panel in the center of the release handle, and there is another under the window switch trim. On the 2004 and up, there is a screw behind the panel in the center of the release handle, I think there is one under the switch panel trim, and another down under the felt in the door handle, the rest are clips. Also pull th trim on the A-pillar.
