Don Valley North Lexus only provide Toyota service?!?
 

I drove my 2010 Lexus RX350 from Scarborough to Pearson airport using ETR407 to do a pick up. Arrived there and waiting in the Cell Parking, idling. Just idling for about 10 min, the vehicle quietly stalled. Tried to restart, but it just gave me a continue clicking sound. Look like the battery is dead. Called Lexus Road Side Asst. Tow truck came and boosted my vehicle to start. The Mechanic told me I can drive back to Scarborough, but should take it to dealership for investigation soonest possible. When I back to Scarborough, Don Valley North Lexus already closed.

Next morning, I called Don Valley North Lexus Service Department that I need to come immediately as this is urgent/emergency. But they just said they can only make an appointment for me after two days, but suggested to me not to drive - ? What a Big Joke ? I said I need to drop off this dangerous vehicle with them and get a loaner. But they said, first, even I dropped off my vehicle today, they will not look at it after two days. Secondly, NO LOANER. Mine is just three years new car.

What kind of "LEXUS services" it is?????

Since then, I am very clear that although Don Valley North Lexus covered up their TOYOTA sign with a LEXUS sign. What they can offer is STILL TOYOTA KIND OF SERVICE. This is my second Leuxs, and will be my last one.
