2016 RX 350 F-Sport Sunroof not closing

My 2016 Lexus RX 350 F Sport with Panoramic Sunroof is stuck in the middle and wouldn't close. Anyone else having similar problem?

It was a warm day and i opened up the sunroof and when closing after the AC started cooling and it got stuck in the tilted position and it won't open or close. Very frustrating with the rain in the radar.

Mine too

I have a 2016 Lexus RX 350 with the pano roof - I have been asking Lexus to check it for the last 1.5 year - as it intermittently will refuse to close. Sometimes it "bounces" from the front and reopens, other times it just refuses to close. It's now been at Lexus of Jax for 7 days. My tech initially states that it is the sunshade cover that is causing the issues and they would need to replace it. Parts were to be in on Monday. I have been getting notifications from the car that the sunroof is open as is the hatch - so I know they are working on it. I advised that while the sunshade refused to close - the sunroof itself doesn't always close - to which their answer has always been - we cannot duplicate the issue. This time I came prepared with video. I advised that the roof is extremely loud when closing and it pops and crackles and I have never heard a pano roof do this. (My former ML350 had one and it was silent) it almost sounds like pieces of plastic in the tracks are being broken at some points. I am giving them until tomorrow and if I have not heard from them I will call to find out where we are. I use my roof daily when I am driving it - cold or hot - I don't think it should be sounding this way. Now that there is actually video of it not closing I am even more worried.
