Hi all

I have a 2013 RX350, issue is the rear hatch will not open, close with any buttons, including the remote, the hatch will not lock.
when you try using the buttons you get a beep and nothing else. when I try to manually close the hatch, it goes down but will not lock.
the struts keep the hatch open when lifted.
any ideas?
