2012 RX3 A/C Issue
 

Sorry, title should read RX 350 .

My A/C started acting strange about a month ago and I can't seem to figure it out.
When I start the car, it takes about 30 seconds for the fan to turn on, even if I push the buttons. And when it does, it only blows out of the floor/feet vents. It does not blow out of the dash vents. It does blow cold air.
On most cars, this indicates a vacuum issue in the engine bay but I can't find any hoses that are leaking or disconnected.

Any thoughts??
