2004 Lexus RX 330 Dashboard Cracking

So I have been noticing that my dashboard has slowly been cracking. I read somewhere that Lexus will replace the dashboard free. I don't know if this is true could someone please help me.

There is apparently a recall on the dash. It took about 1 year to get it replaced but worth the wait. The new dash was installed approximately 7 months ago.
