I'm looking to buy a used LX 470 or new LX 570. I know the car has great features, handling and longevity of life, but I also know this SUV carries a higher ticket price. Is it worth is to look into used LX 470s for the sake of saving with depreciated prices because these vehicles hold up so well?

 

Everything is all about choice and available resources. If you will buy the LX470 and still be financially stable. I will advise you to do so, Both of them are almost the same thing.
